Our living room is shaped like a half moon which is giving me a little trouble with furniture placement, but I am determined to have my red sofa here. I really wanted this sofa and it fit perfectly in our old house. It also has another section which is a chase lounge and I am trying to figure out how I can fit that piece into my bedroom. I have the space and I really would love to have the seating so I can sit and read or work on blog post instead of sitting in bed (like I am doing now writing this post). Once my husband had hung all of the mounts on the wall he said that it really felt like home. I told him they were fine there but not to hang any of them over the kitchen.
Our dining area is the perfect size for the table and chairs that we brought from our other home. I have since covered all four of the chair seats and I am very happy with the results. It was super easy and only took about 10 minutes per chair. The large two person saw over the window was my husband's grandfather's and he has hung it there while we were finishing the interior with the intention of moving it, but I really got used to is being there so I am going to work it in to my window treatments. I just have to keep him from hanging his hats on it all the time.
I will be sharing more pictures soon as we finish different areas. . We have finished the bathroom flooring so I can take pictures of it now. I will get them posted soon.
