I used my favorite pen the Pilot G2 Gel Pen on this page and added a little more color to it with a couple of markers. This is one of those I am waiting on the kids pages where I added different things along the way and not all in one setting. This is a great way to work in a book like this because the size is perfect to carry in your bag.
I really love the colors that are already on the pages. This page has some more muted colors but I can already see some potential in this page for either doodles or journaling.
All I added to this page was a few collage bits and then I doodled the flowers the pink background was already there waiting for me to add my touch to the page.
I was experimenting with some of the stencils that I had created with my Silhouette Cameo and just a black pen was all that was needed to make a page that pops. Remember that it doesn't take a lot of supplies to be creative.
I have even used a few pages to practice a little handlettering as well. Remember that you don't need much time or a lot of supplies to add a little creativity to your daily life.
