Summer Doodles Day 23
This page was created in my large journal. I painted the base colors in shades of blues, and greens with a little bit of yellow thrown into the mix. I then watered down some white paint and let it dry just a little bit. After that I used a spray bottle to put a little bit of water on the page, then I wiped the water off with a paper towel. this is what created the interesting texture on the page. I then applied black paint with an old giftcard to add the lines. I really don’t know what I should do to finish it. I really like it the way it is. Let me know what you think.

What a great start to something beautiful! I'm not sure if the colors are true on my computer but maybe flowers cut out of book pages that you've painted in yellow and watermelon? I don't know what you have a vision for so it's a random thought. Have a happy and creative weekend!
Love it! That is such a fun technique! I also use water droplets and then wipe them off to reveal what was under the last layer! I love Anna's idea of using something in a watermelon color. That would be so pretty!
