This weekend was crazy fun. We spent the weekend with family and friends and had a wonderful time. It is the official start of summer and the girls are so excited to have the time out of school and I am looking forward to spending the time with the girls and doing some fun activities and some lazy days at home are on list too.
Dinner at O’Charlie’s on Friday Night. (Yummy) Visited the horses and I took the opportunity to take a few pictures of the girls.
Chuck E Cheese on Saturday for my nephew’s birthday party, and the we bought the girls a Wii for have a great EOY report card and exceeding in Reading, Math, and ELA on the CRCT. (Proud Mommy Moment) A little grocery shopping Cooked out on the grill for dinner.
Church on Sunday and a lazy afternoon with my girls.
We had a cookout on Monday and then a visit to Stone Mountain Park for the New Laser Show, this was the girls 1st time to see it, and they really enjoyed it. We have gone to Stone Mountain at least once a year for the past 13 years and have never stayed for the Laser Show with the girls.
This is not to good of a shot but if you have never been to Stone Mt. this will give you an idea of what it is like. Pitch dark with a light show on the side of the mountain.
With lots of fireworks mixed in. I hope that you all had an enjoyable weekend and I hope to be around here more over the summer so look for a few new tutorials to come and an online workshop is in the works.
